The essentials to know before you book.
What is the booking and payment process?
Start by requesting availability with your event date, event type, guest count and preferred hours. We will confirm availability and send your proposal, invoice and venue rental agreement through Goodshuffle Pro. A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is due in full within five calendar days of the invoice and is applied toward your total. Your date is secured only after we receive the full retainer and signed agreement. The remaining balance is due in full seven calendar days before your event.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely! At Modern Moments, we understand that every event is unique. That's why we offer fully customizable event packages to ensure your special occasion is exactly as you envision it. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, or a private party, our team will work closely with you to tailor our services to match your preferences, theme, and budget. To start customizing your perfect event package, please contact us, and let's bring your vision to life together.
How far in advance should I book my event with Modern Moments?
We recommend booking your event as early as possible to ensure availability for your preferred date. For large events like weddings, we suggest reaching out at least 6-12 months in advance. For smaller gatherings, a minimum of 3-6 months ahead is advisable. However, we always strive to accommodate last-minute requests to the best of our ability, so don't hesitate to contact us with your needs.

Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes! Bring your own decorations and preferred vendors to personalize your event. Review your setup plans with us and follow the decoration, setup and cleanup requirements in your venue rental agreement.

Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind, especially for weekends and popular celebration dates. Availability can change, so check your date or schedule a tour early. An inquiry or tour does not hold your date; the full required retainer and signed agreement are needed to secure it.

Contact us before your event for current parking information and guest arrival instructions. We can review parking arrangements during your venue tour.
Do you provide tables, chairs, and linens?
Yes. Tables, chairs and round-table linens are included with our standard venue rental package. We will review your guest count, layout and package inclusions with you before your event.
